Royal Labs operates as an FDA-registered facility, listed with the agency and subject to its inspection and reporting requirements for the products made here.
OTC Manufacturing
Qualifying over-the-counter products are manufactured within the facility’s registered scope, under the labelling and record-keeping requirements that apply to them.
USDA Organic Capabilities
Certified organic products can be manufactured to the applicable USDA National Organic Program standards, working from certified inputs.
GMP
Good Manufacturing Practice governs how products are made and documented — written procedures, trained personnel, controlled materials and records for every batch.
Quality Assurance
A quality function separate from production is responsible for release: materials checked on receipt, in-process checks during manufacture, finished product verified before shipment.
Testing & Documentation
Testing appropriate to the product — stability, compatibility, microbial — with results recorded and retained so any batch can be traced.
Scalable Production
A 500 to 5 million unit fill range, so a formula moves from first production run to ongoing commercial volume without being re-developed.

Yes. Our team can assist with ingredient declarations, INCI nomenclature, product specifications, documentation, and regulatory considerations associated with the products we manufacture.

Production controls

In-process checks are taken at defined points during manufacture and product is held until the required results are recorded. Nothing moves to filling or release without passing its checks.
